Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 2026
Welcome to Aspire Accounting. By using our website and engaging our accounting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.

1. Agreement and Engagement

These terms govern your use of the Aspire Accounting website and form the basis of our general operating principles. When you choose to formally engage our accounting, tax, or advisory services, you will be issued a bespoke Letter of Engagement. That document will outline the precise scope, estimates, and specific terms of your engagement, superseding any general points listed here should a conflict arise.

2. Provision of Services

Aspire Accounting agrees to provide all services with reasonable skill and care in accordance with current professional standards. However, we rely entirely on the information and documents you provide to us. We will not be held responsible for any penalties, late filing fees, or miscalculations resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by you.

3. Estimates and Fees

We pride ourselves on transparency. Unlike traditional firms, we offer bespoke estimates following a free initial consultation. Once an estimate is agreed upon, it covers exactly the scope of work discussed. Any additional work requested outside this scope will be re-estimated and agreed upon prior to commencement. We offer flexible monthly payment methods to assist with cash flow.

4. Third-Party Software

Our services heavily integrate with leading third-party accounting software (such as Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, and Intuit). By engaging our digital integration services, you agree to abide by the individual End User License Agreements (EULAs) of those software providers. Aspire Accounting is not liable for system outages, data loss, or errors originating solely from third-party platforms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aspire Accounting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, good-will, or other intangible losses resulting from your engagement with our advisory services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
